You may not have heard of these mini-fountains of youth from around the world. I hadn’t until recently. But their benefits are potentially exciting enough that I’m eager to share them with anyone interested in looking and feeling younger.
As for energy, e10 tries to boost you up with Vitamin C and B complex and Ginseng, which is very common for energy drinks. THe other big herb they add aremaca root powder( supposedly used to help virility and stregnth) , Schizandra ( another one used for its aphrodesiac qualities, although the chinese use it as a sedative), an immune booster called astralagus, and Glutamine, which does not really boost energy at all. Still this seems to have nothing that bad for you, unless you count the thing they use to sweeten the drink. This drink has very low sodium, sugar and no calories. However, this is filled with sucralose – which is not the healthiest of sweeteners, even if it has no calories.

All of this points to something obvious that we often forget in our excitement over superfoods: no one food is the answer to good health. Take a teaspoon of this tincture mixed with a cup of water twice a day until the fungal condition is gone. For an external herbal remedy for jock itch, steep 1 teaspoon of dried thyme and 1 teaspoon of freshly grated gingermaca root powderin a cup of hot water for 21 minutes. Allow to cool. Using a cotton cloth or pad, dip into cup and apply to problem area.
Folks such as WebMD and the Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI), which are reputable, are tapping into the superfoods craze. They offer information on “‘Superfoods’ Everyone Needs” and “10 Superfoods for Better Health!” On the not-so-reputable side are the multiple (and questionable) potions and elixirs making unrealistic promises. They offer to deliver the maca powder benefits of superfoods quickly and easily…without actually having to eat food.
