If can afford it, have fun experimenting with different superfoods every month or every few months. You don’t necessarily need to buy all of the different superfoods at one time. Try one, for a few months and see how it makes you feel. If you are on a budget the least expensive super foods are: growing your own wheatgrass and sprouts. You can also purchase dried herbs such as nettles, horsetail, oatstraw, and alfafa which are a great source of minerals including silica and iron. You can make them into a tea or blend them in with your smoothies.
My results in the past few weeks are pretty noticeable. Within my first three days of using Maca Root I started to menstruate, which I was already two weeks late. Because I have a hormonal imbalance, and Maca Root balances hormones; well this was proof to me that it was in fact doing as promised. I began mixing one over heaping tablespoon in a blender with one medium banana, milk, and two tablespoons of Ovalitine with four ice cubes and began developing a taste for maca root powder. Spend time with your partner doing some things that she loves, enjoys and delights at. I can’t keep count of the number of guys who have said I tried doing some leisure things with her – golf, fishing, baseball, horse racing and it didn’t work! No kidding! Make time to discover what is special to her and don’t let her suggest one of the things that you are passionate about that you know she’ll just attend to please you. It has to be about her. It can be as simple as a a concert, a picnic the movies – and don’t go and see Rocky!
All of my efforts were well worth it. The cake looked and tasted great. No one even suspected that I didn’t use regular food coloring and best of all my daughter couldn’t have been happier. She absolutely loved the cake!
